Children of Shelters Raised over $300,000 At The Annual Jingle & Mingle and SantaFest Events in 2016

The Golden Gate Club in the Presidio was recently decked out with sparkling lights and beautiful designer wreaths for one of the more unique and festive fundraisers of the holiday season, Jingle & Mingle.

As part of a two-day fundraiser by Children of Shelters (the other being a fun family event called SantaFest), the event raised more than $300,000 through the sale of over 400 tickets, and a silent auction of eye-catching wreaths created by some of the Bay Area’s best designers, florists and artists.
Funds from the annual celebration directly serve the needs of San Francisco’s homeless children — providing them with educational and cultural experiences necessary to help them realize their potential and break the cycle of poverty.
